Firstly, I would recommend dropping the Bump in the Night, they may sound like fun but they really aren't majorly useful.
If you're going down the {Necropolis Regent} route, it could be fun to put in more red vampires, such as:
{Stromkirk Noble}
{Rakish Heir}
{Bloodcrazed Neonate}
{Markov Blademaster}
and MAYBE one {Falkenrath Marauders}. All this would mean losing the {Vampire Nocturnus} due to having less black cards - but if you fill the rest of your deck with removal and control cards like {Nightbird's Clutches}, you can just sit back and watch the +1/+1 counters pile up :P Make sure you keep a lot of dice handy...
