{sunforger}

Can you unequip it in response or during your opponent's turn? Also can your target be only partially red or white? Also using its effect, can you cast for an overload cost?
Yes, as long as it's equipped to a creature. It's an instant speed effect.
Yes. As long as it CC is 4 or less.
No. Overload is an alternate casting cost. You are already casting it without paying its mana costs. You can't use 2 alternate costs for the same spell.
10/1/2005: You can't pay the cost of the second ability unless Sunforger is attached to a creature.
10/1/2005: Any card you find must be legally castable (for example, you have to be able to choose a legal target for it). If you can't find a castable card (or choose not to), nothing happens and you shuffle your library.
10/1/2005: The card is cast from your library, not your hand. You choose modes, pay additional costs, choose targets, etc. for the spell as normal when casting it. Any X in the mana cost will be 0. Alternative costs can't be paid.

But older walkers, before the mending(I think it was called that) where basically immortal right? We don't really know how long ashiok has been around. Do we?
Pre-Mending, walkers were basically immortal, ie Urza had his head chopped off and he was still alive. Once the Mending occurred, Jeska used some planeswalker "energy" to seal the rift, which diminished walkers powers greatly. Bolas is trying to regain all that power back. Perhaps that is why he unleashed the  Eldrazi Titans

As far as I know, Ashiok Nightmare Weaver is a boy. Ashiok Nightmare Weaver is always referred as a male so... By the way, http://bigpaperwriter.com/blog/what-it-is-like-to-be-a-transgender is some good reading. Enjoy.

Does Progenitus have to resolve in the graveyard for scions effect if so it doesn't work
Scion doesn't care what happens to the creature, it just attempts to throw it away.

Not sur about this one. can someone enlighten me with more explanation?

im not sure either. Scion says "search library for dragon, put into grave. IF YOU DO, Scion becomes copy", while Progenitus says "IF you would put in into your grave from anywhere, shuffle it into your library INSTEAD", so it never reaches the grave, which doesnt fullfil Scions desire of the dragon being put into the graveyard.
From Gatherer rules:
9/25/2006: Removing the other Dragon card from your graveyard has no effect on Scion of the Ur-Dragon.
9/25/2006: When Scion of the Ur-Dragon becomes a copy of another Dragon, it loses its copy ability for the rest of the turn.

I dont think so man, an oath is an oath.

Except when it's words given under duress, then it's an empty promise for fully extracted under the circumstances...

It seems that Islam is going through its dark ages period much like the Christians did in Europe in the days of the Catholic Churches crusades.eventually I'm sure the religion will splinter into more accepting branches and this extremism will be just a dark spot on its history.
There are currently eight denominations of Islam, of which two are widely known, Sunni and Shia. The other generally accepted branches are Sufism, Ahmadiyya, Ibadi, Mahdavia, Quranist, and Yazdânism.

@Rass: You see, that's why I hesitate to call myself a Christian. But in reality if you actually read the bible it does not justify the actions of those extremists. 9/10 it'll condemn them. But I'll admit my faith is shaken when I read stuff like "if your kid is disobedient take him out and stone him as an example to the other kids."

The connection between the Muslim and Christian faith is that Muslim teachings are basically a BC (literally before Christ in this context) version of the Christian faith. Then it got warped pretty ridiculously.
How is Islam BC when Islam was founded in the early 7th century AD?
Also, remember, early Christianity, especially Catholicism, had a forced conversion or die mentality. A lot of "pagan" religions were exterminated by Christianity's slow march across Europe
