Can Stuffy Doll be destroyed by a universal "Destroy" ability. IE: "Day of Judgment"

The reason I ask, is to solve a debate between me and a buddy of mine.

To keep Solitary Confinement active, you have to discard a card. Future sight allows you to play with the top card of your library revealed, and to play with it as though it were in your hand.

My question is can you discard from the top of your deck with Future Sight to keep Solitary Confinement active?
