Lol I'm debating if I want to make an EDH deck with him. However, we could possibly work something out.

Discussion / My LGS recently started doing prize packs...
February 25, 2014, 02:19:08 AM
And last Friday I won 6. =3 the entry fee now I basically just a pack to go into the winnings pool, so I decided to leave two of my packs unopened, asked some of my friends to pick some at random, then I opened the rest. Of course, the didn't last long. Yesterday I opened the BNG pack I set aside, and was pleased to see a {Phenax, God of Deception}. Today I just opened the THS pack, and got a {Temple of Deceit}. So two things; 1. Am I supposed to play UB or something? Lol. 2. When my friend told me which ones not to open, he said "I'm going to channel all of the bad cards into these two packs"... So now I have to start doing the opposite of what he says.

Discussion / Re: Strategy for scrylands

Occasionally Scrylands are very good in aggro/burn/generally fast decks, typically when you're running {Chandra, Pyromaster} or {Domri Rade}. The scry before the 0/+1 is a huge thing.

Discussion / Re: Throwing stars
February 18, 2014, 02:28:15 AM
I follow a very strict code of conduct while using throwing stars or anything that could be moderately related to them (old CD's, origami throwing stars, etc,). While strict, it is also very simple. Here are a few rough guidelines:

1. See #2.
2. Yell "NEEENJAH STAR" as you throw it.
3. See #1.

I hope these quick guidelines help your overall enjoyment of your newly-acquired throwing stars.

It you could just download the files. I guarantee they've been extracted from the ROM since the N64 was out... And if you have an iPhone then you can convert them into ringtones through iTunes. Not sure how Android phones do ringtones, though.

Commander / Re: Karametra, God of Landfall

Combos:

Infinite mana/landfall triggers
{Eternal Witness} + {Skullclamp} + {Second Sunrise}/{Faith's Reward} + {Zuran Orb}
Clamp the E-Wit, sac some lands to the Orb, play a Sunrise effect, rinse and repeat for as many landfall triggers as you'd like.

Fetch all Forests and Plains from your deck
{Lotus Cobra} + 2 1 CMC mana dorks + {Cloudstone Curio} + {Karametra, God of Harvests}
Use the Curio to bounce your two dorks back and forth, each time fetching a land to trigger Cobra for mana to cast your dork back out.
