With {march of the machines} down, play a {booby trap}, naming a card your opponant would not be using. Then put a {followed footsteps} on the trap.
Play a {lantern of insight}, and when their next card is revealed, name it when the trap is copied...
Even better, have a {parallel lives} down as well, to make it a one shot double whammy...

{erratic portal}, {elvish piper}, and having down {dual nature}, {parallel lives} and a {wirewood lodge}
Then drop a {primeval Titan} using the piper.
The nature will create a token copy of the Titan.
The lives creates another.
Use the portal to bounce the Titan, (yes, the token created by the nature will vanish)
Use the lodge to untap the piper, repeat.

With one round, unless you go more complex, you can drop an easy 12 land a turn (on theirs)
And have that land ready for your use on yours.

Absolutely perfect if you play with the gates and {Maze's end}

{caltrops}, {animate artifact}, and {venemous fangs} or {basilisk collar} (works better, as you have life gain)

This way you don't lose any of your creature abilities

One three card combo which can be very useful if you need a repeating tapping/untapping creature to enchant, without giving your opponent the benefit as well like {intruder alarm} does...

{horseshoe crab}, {presence of Gond} or {elemental mastery}, and a {phyrexian altar} in play.

If you bump it to a four card combo, having a {parallel lives} down will make this an infinite critter combo, and infinite mana as well.

A few found that works with the navigator...

For those pesky mass 1/1 critter decks...
{thundermaw hellkite} or {bogardan hellkite}

For creating critters
{myr battlesphere} or {precursor golem}

If you also want to use the critters it produces to make it big...
{pentavus}, especially with a {doubling season} in play

For land control,
{sundering Titan} if you use no basic land, or {avalanche riders}
(Very effective if you also have a {dual nature} and {doubling season} or {parallel lives} in play)

Course if you also want card draw you could pop a {curiosity} onto the crab and alternate hitting itself and an opponant...

You could really roast some chestnuts by splashing red and playing an {elemental mastery} on the crab after it gets big... And bug the tar out of your opponent with superswarming fiery mites...

{dual nature} makes an excellent companion enchantment, along with {parallel lives}, so each time one creature returns, you will have a copy from the lives.
And just to clarify a bit, yes the copy from the nature will vanish with the original, but the one created by the lives stays put...
