{fable of wolf and owl} is illegal isn't it? It includes blue mana symbol in casting cost and your commander is white/green.

I have a question regarding {Ascendant Evincar}'s ability. If I have him on the BF and a red/black creature also on the BF, does the red/black guy get +1/+1 for being black and -1/-1 for being red?
