Thank you Jester.  I've been reading a lot of your posts and they are insanely helpful. 

If you dont mind I had a specific question I'll just keep in this thread...when do enchantments "double-up" so to say. For example if I put two Animal Boneyards on one land, when I tap that land do I now...
A) Have to sacrifice two creatures.
B) Get to choose whether I want to sacrifice one or two creatures.
C) Sacrifice one creature because two animal Boneyards are redundant.

Related question: Every time I tap that land that is enchanted by AB for its mana do I HAVE to sacrifice a creature?  Or is that an ability I can choose to activate?

Sorry for this noob question: When, where, and how does mana burn apply?  Does it apply in most standard tournaments?   I just got back into mtg in a big way and am super excited, I just want to make sure I'm playing by the rules the best I can and I couldn't find any mention of mana burn in the rules section of this great app.  Thanks.
