I occasionally play heavily modded minecraft with http://feed-the-beast.com with a couple friends, but it's been a while since we've played.

Why not? If it's on PC it should be a piece of cake! If you're on Xbox or something, then, well... Yeah, mods don't quite work as easily there :P

Well then you should be good to go.Just drag and drop the file containing the mod in the "Mods" folder.

Thats the problem, there is no "Mods" folder
