Rules / Re: Sorin Marcov

The active player cannot be the defending player. Rule 506.2. And in Sorins rulings it says that even tho you control the player, that player is still the active player. Basically, you cannot attack anyone that is not an opponent.

It does not have to be an opponents creature. It can be any creature that's targetable. Although the most practical use is on an opponents creature. But you could save a creature of yours from certain doom and then use a fetch card like {Birthing Pod} to bring em back.

Problem with the charm is you can't cast it before the blockers are declared. Id use it to save a creature from a gang block. Or remove an opponents fattie from combat.

Murder would resolve, the spell has already been cast. They would not be able to cast anything else tho, once Fury resolves anyways. But they could still respond while it's on the stack.

You target a creature when it ETB, which means hexproof applies. It doesn't attach itself directly to a creature.
And this is the reason you can O-Ring {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn}, bc it's not a spell. It's an ETB trigger.

No you can. An aura entering the battlefield that wasn't cast doesn't target. It must be attached to its type tho (cannot attach enchant creature to land). I do believe it's on the rulings of O-Ring.

THE GOLDEN RULE
101.1. Whenever a card's text directly contradicts these rules, the card takes precedence. The card overrides only the rule that applies to that specific situation. The only exception is that a player can concede the game at any time (see rule 104.3a).

Didn't feel the need to give an example of the rule being broken. But touché

For the record, you can only have 4 copies of any card in your deck with the exception of the 5 basic lands
