Two things to note: 1) {Moorland Haunt} specifically refers to a creature card in you gy, and tokens do not count as cards. 2) once a token leaves the battlefield it stops existing. It won't be there when you try to exile it.

I think deck building would be easier if it didnt show all the different editions.
