Why killing wave??
Rooftops are nice but with zombies u want you opponent dead as fast as u can. I would take out killing waves, rooftops, mikeaus. Add lotleth trolls, and maybe slither heads. New set has the Varolz the scar-striped, and blood scrivener. Add them creatures in replace of killing waves and maybe put some tragic slips and ultimate prices.

For spells I would use golgari charms, treasure find, rancor, abrupt decay,

Slither head is perfect for lotleth. Discard slither and then scav. Mangler just used for threat. Haste attack with 3/3 and 4/3 with maybe more to discard turn 3. I've never really used mangler for scavange
