Redwolv the problem I have with that card is that it doesn't have a "May" effect so you have to draw cards when you do damage while Curiosity has the May effect so I don't draw myself out.

I don't think activated ability costs affect devotion...anyone?

No but it cost 1 to activate the nykthos so you pretty much gain what you lost

Thats what library of leng is for as i mentioned on the first page.

And thats 9 for {Nykthos} well 8 bc of the 1 it cost to activate it

Yep 7 devotion which can also make your Thassa become a creature

Right i can have those cards. which i have those combos in my deck but this happens to be a turn 2 win combo if you get lucky. All those cards are multiple turns

I use that combo in my edh niv-mizzet deck

Add a {library of leng} so when you discard a card the same card gets put on the top of your deck and redrawn over and over. This way you're not limited to how many cards are in your deck.

So I have this combo in my EDH deck while I didnt think it would even come this quick. I play Niv-Mizzet UR. The story of how I found it was I was at an EDH tournament and it was final round for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I went second in the choosing.

My hand was
{Island}{sol ring}{intruder alarm}{silver myr}{kiki-jiki}{show and tell} and a {moutain}

Turn 1 - Drew another Island
Played Island+Sol Ring+Silver Myr

Turn 2 - Drew {Mox Opal}
Played Island+Intruder Alarm+Mox Opal+Show and Tell to pull out Kiki-Jiki

For the win I tap Kiki-Jiki to make a copy of silver myr bc a new creature comes in Kiki-Jiki untaps and repeat for unlimited silver myrs with haste to swing for win.

My opponents didnt have anything good bc they mulligan for quick cheap stuff. Only one opponent put out a {consecrated sphinx} which didnt help.

Now while I pulled it off I'd say I have had this combo for years. In my deck played prob 200+ games and this was the first time I got extremely lucky.

Curiosity and Ophidian Eye are both in there. The app doesnt sort all subspells. They are under spells and as for Tandem Lookout it doesnt allow for a pause I can fully run out of cards and loose that way too

So I found a pretty useful nin the pain artist combo. {nin, the pain artist} + {stuffy doll}

You can pick an opponent in say EDH and make them specifically get hit every time and you draw a ton of cards
