Could you combo Garruk's +1 with Rings of Brighthearth to give him several +1 in a single turn? Since it costs 2 mana to copy and Garruk untaps 2 lands could you do this infinitely?

Also, what do you think of the combination of Doubling Season and Rings of Brighthearth? Also, what about Tezzeret the Seeker?

For Triskelion is it possible to remove several counters in one turn without something like Power Conduit? Like can you just remove three all at once?

Hey guys. First things first, I am fairly new to Magic. Second, I love weird decks. So I was thinking about making a charge counter deck. Vedalken Infusers, Coretappers, Energy Chambers, etc. The main point of this deck would be a card called Magistrate's Scepter, which gives you another turn when you tap it with three charge counters. If you manage to get, for example, two Coretappers and an Energy Chamber, you can keep doing this until you have enough on the table to finish the game. Good cards for the charge counters would be Titan Forge and stuff like that. Also, Primordial Hydra thrown into this deck could be an instawin seeing as it can technically have hundreds of thousands of P/T when combo'd with Magistrate's Scepter, and you win when you swing with it because it has trample. This won't be a very competitively played deck, but I'd like it to be as competitive as possible =P Any suggestions?
