Help for iMtG / L: M: H: ratios

When you're in the deckbuilder each of the decks have stats that are L:, M:, and H:. I was just wondering what those were and what they mean.

Wow I feel so dumb now lol. They just moved the 'new' button to the bottom corner and I didn't see it until now

I paid for the unlimited decks for the deck builder but it still only lets me have three. Anyone having this problem?
