What do the L,M,H icons mean before the prices? Something like low medium high?

I always wondered what the top ten mtg cards were, than I found the nine, and thought, well, that answers my question. Almost.

I want something to strait up kill them and ask questions later. But, I still want a little something for slowing them down to give me an advantage, so like 75% aggression and 25% "y u no fight back?" Go wild and give me some ideas!

I paid for the I'll have it all option on iMtG, then iMtG came out like a week later.
Is there any way to transfer the purchase to the second version? Thanks 😁
