Rules / Someone please help answer.

I have two cards with the same "ability" which I have a question on... "Ephara, God of the Polis", and "Kruphix, God of Horizons". The text says: "as long as your devotion to green and blue (or blue and white) is less than seven, then Kruphix (or Ephara) isn't a creature."  A couple of questions...:
1) if it isn't a creature, then what is it, just an enchantment? So therefore, it's able To be destroyed by anything That said "destroy target Enchantment" for example?
2) if, let's say it is NOT a creature at some point during your turn, and then becomes a creature again at a later point, does the creature have summoning sickness? Or is it able to attack as soon as it becomes a creature, as long as it's not the first turn that the card is in play?
3) if the creature has either an "enchant creature" attached, or any +1/+1 counters on it, When/if it then becomes an Enchantment again, does the +1/+1 counter or "enchant creature" get destroyed? Or does it stay attached add if it were still a creature and just doesn't effect it until it becomes a creature again? How would that work exactly?

Thank you for taking the time to read and answer this! It's much appreciated, fellow MTG'er
