The way I see {steel overseer} is that it is a {path to exile} magnet. It does a lot, but {etched champion} seems much better. The only place where {steel overseer} is better is in the mirror match. Otherwise I agree with LinkCelestrial

I would suggest cutting the {spellskite} main board and put in 2x {etched champion}. Not sure what I would cut for the other one.

They are good but i am not sure if they fit the "don't touch me" theme like teysa.

What do you mean?  Teysa isn't as strong as a commander to support the idea of an extort deck. Ya teysa gives you some pillowfort but if you want protection or a way to stall just play cards like {blind obedience}.

1. Put Protean Hulk in the graveyard (Izzet Charm, Faithless Looting, Ideas Unbound, Thoughtseize self).
2. Cast Footsteps of the Goryo on Protean Hulk.
3. Sacrifice Protean Hulk, get Body Double and Viscera Seer.
4. Body Double copies Protean Hulk, sacrifice Body Double and get Body Double and another Viscera Seer.
5. Body Double copies Protean Hulk, sacrifice Body Double and get Reveillark and Death Cultist.
6. Sacrifice Death Cultist (life drain), sacrifice Reveillark, Reveillark trigger returns Body Double and Death Cultist.
7. Body Double copies Reveillark, repeat process (infinite).
I added an extra step with #4 for a reason. The reason why we get another Viscera Seer instead of just going straight to the kill is to play around Lightning Bolt or a random removal spell. If you don't get a second Viscera Seer and they Bolt the original, your combo halts. This is a "better safe than sorry" step.

I had started out with this one, realised it was boring, and built a better one that is less reliant on a super complicated sequence. Also, my builds are viscera seer builds not Purphuros builds. Purphuros is against Leyline of sanctity (which is main boarded in a lot of decks in my meta). This version also just concedes without hulk as it has no way to win. My version has backup plan of just playing a crappy game of affinity with a purph
