I can see a {Whip of Erebos} in here. In case of late game against a control deck and you're in top deck mode, minus well unearth some minotuar soldiers.
I usually run {Volitile Rig} over the {Missium Mortars}. Your opponent will have no clue on what to do, and if both the cards I mentioned goes off, then you gain X4 amount of life.

Notes:
It's a nicely planed combo deck. Use {dearly departed} to give all your humans unleash with {exava, rakdos blood witch}. All your spells let the deck make sure that {dearly departed is dead} especially {liliana, of the veil}, or hilariously win with {tibalt, the fiend-blooded}'s -4 once you miracled in a {reforge the soul}                   Anything else I should run in here?

Yes I build it myself. Land drop and mana pool is proficient. However it is not as fast as I'd hope it would be. I'm thinking about taking out the 4x {Cartel Aristocrat} and adding in 3 {Frontline Medic} take out 2x {Goldnight Captain} add in 3x {reforge the soul}

Awesome I didn't know there was a ruling for cipher lol, it makes things much easier.
The keyrune has cipher until it is in the graveyard. Thank vampire.

If I activate my key tune to be a creature and played {paranoid delusions}, when I end my turn would the keyrune still be encoded? Or would the encoded {paranoid delusions} fall off of the keyrune and be exiled off of the keyrune.

If you have to choose what land to get between {cavern of souls} and {blood crypt}, get the 2 caverns. Even if you see less blue decks out there using counter spells. You want your creatures to make a safe journey onto the battlefield.
{ultimate price} is going to be seen a lot if the guilds do fall apart in ravnica, and the action set will be mostly mono color cards. Even still, it is an answer to many threats out there.

Great ideas. Taking out the {vampire nocturnus} and the card drawing {cremate} and {grave purge} and a couple {sign in blood} for {stromkirk noble},  {rakish hier} and A few {Bloodline Keeper} I'll save up for {bonfire of the damned} til them {bump in the night} will do.

The sideboard is laughable lol. Ever since RTR went on standard I don't know what to play right now. I've been good so far but I'm not as prepared anymore.
The 2 mountains are for fun. And the {rogue's passage} is so unnecessary, but just like {stensia bloodhall}, it won me games that had ackward stalemates in between.
