Is everybody forgetting that {Omniscience} + {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage}'s emblem is the best {Omniscience} combo? :P

Tamiyo's emblem +  {Rewind} = The BEST!! Just saying

You still need cards in hand to make Tamiyo's emblem good. If you just have 3 lands it's not gonna do anything. That's why the undisputed champion of {omniscience} combos is {omniscience} + {enter the infinite} so you actually have spells to cast. Then Tamiyo is just cherry on top.

Same issue arises. Gotta have {Enter the Infinite} in hand for it to work. ;)

Which is why the two card combo is {omniscience} and {enter the infinite}. That's it. whereas {omniscience} + teferi's emblem still requires other cards to be good.

I think the best wo card combo is deciever Exarch since you cant kill exarch with a single bolt and this is a cheap combo that will kill your opponents.
