So there's a creature on the field, my side. Said creature is a 2/3 with a kite shield equipped. Enemy player casts an enchantment aura that makes it so the creature cannot block or attack, but shatters whenever the enchanted creature is the target of a spell or instant. The next turn, I cast winds of rath (destroy all creatures that aren't enchanted.) destroying all creatures but the 2/3 with kite shield.
Now, my question is whether or not the enchantment would be destroyed. (I believe it's called ice cage or something. ) the argument against it was that it wasn't "targeted," but what's the official ruling?
