I've never even heard of that printing, interesting...

It was a foreign only set made only because of wizards white and black borders reprint policy. They couldn't print some of the cards in 4th with white borders because they hadn't been printed before in those languages. So they made a in between set with reprints from the older sets with the original expansion symbols and black borders in order to print those cards with white borders.

I noticed Teferi's Puzzle Box was missing from 8th edition, and probably more cards since iMtg says it's 350 cards in 8th but there were 357 cards.
And btw the entire set of Renaissance is missing as well.

It's only reprints but it's still neither 4th and neither the original print runs.

Pricing support for foreign cards would be hard, since the language on the cards is kind of a personal preference.
My biggest peeve is the missing expansion, the other foreign cards I can at least put in my collection but not those from renessaince.

And no fwb is not chronicles, chronicles was an English expansion with reprints from antiquities, Arabian nights, legends and the dark printed with white borders. I think there was a fbb version in china and japan of chronicles but I'm not sure though.

Ah thank you, though it doesn't carry over to the deckbuilder. And there's still an entire expansion missing, renessaince, and you still can't define which edition of revised the card is, fbb or fwb, except in the notes ofc.

Just downloaded imtg and am a bit disappointed sadly. I've got a fair bit of foreign cards and can't register them as such, fbb revised, fbb 4th, fbb 9th and even renessaince is nonexistent, and I can't specify language in the other sets.  The scanner won't work with foreign cards either, I've tried a few times with my Japanese ghave, and more than a few with an Italian gilded lotus.
Is this something which will be added or am I out of luck?
