It is a tribal spell, which allows it to have creature types, while it is itself not a creature.
This specific tribal has all the creature types. So not only can you find it with  {Goblin Matron}, you can also cast it from the graveyard with  {Haakon, Stromgald Scourge}, to name a few interactions.

Recommend a manual database update through the settings menu.

To recap in steps:
(No offense intended to Redwolf)
{Eldrazi displacer} exiles {spell queller}
- Trigger to cast waits to go on the stack
- SQ returns tapped
- Trigger to exile spell waits to go on the stack
- Your opponent chooses in which order to put the triggers on the stack, choosing targets.
- However: you choose to cast {Reflector Mage} as the "leave" trigger resolves, so it cannot be targeted.

Cracked 6 in prerelease, 6 in drafts, and 3 price packs. I seem to be attracting legendaries and weird combo pieces.

True, but he was already suffering from pre-rotation drop. Rise is to be expected for all BFZ-block cards.

For some reason I can't seem to get any of them to come up. Even searching for them in the whole data base. Previous prints come up but not the masterpieces. Weird.

Do you have the Kaladesh Inventions set in your list? If not, what version are you running? I can see them just fine on r180

Would three  {Worldgorger Dragon}s technically cause an  {Oblivion Ring} effect on your side of the board?

And any combination. O-ring, dragon and  {Act of Authority} can create infinite ETB, same as  {Animate Dead}.
