So if Isochron Scepter's enter the battlefield trigger is copied, and it imprints two spells, when you activate its ability does it cast both or one of them?

This strategy has been been beating me into the dirt for a while now I need ideas for white cards to help counteract this combo 

im trying to blink a card called Vedalken Plotter so all lands have switched controlers so i can then use Gruul Charm and regain control of all my lands without giving my opponents back

I am looking for a combo that allows me to blink a creature on and off the battlefield as many times as i like

But will the scepter pay for additional costs like replicate?

I've been told that Iscron Scepter will cover additional casting costs such as kickers, if so it would cover replicate and since i can pay replicate as many times as i want, could I do that infinitely?

If not will iscron scepter cover alternitive casting cost like overload?
