I honestly think m15 was made to benifit heroic and bestow decks.

Maybe even run golgari or simic and put alot of cards in it like market festival

What if u put it in a three color red black blue. With cards like goblin electromancer and uncover clues or maybe even melek izzet paragon. Or a black blue green with cards like matket festival

Alright well i only have 2 yrs of exp but. Would casting copies from a cipher or from an ability like meleks or chandra pyromasters count as casting it? In other words could it trigger guttersnipes effect or any othe tht says "whenever u cast an instant or sorcery spell blah blah blah"
