Sounds correct on your part. Not sure what the issue is if your A/T resolves. It's always a fun way to take an opponents creature out, especially in tempo decks.

Among many other things you can't do listed in the gatherer rulings:

4/26/2014   You can't make the affected player concede. That player may choose to concede at any time, even while you're controlling him or her.


It's worth reading the entire laundry list for this card.

I was just curious because a few players today at FNM were asking about it, couldn't find any rulings here about it, and the idk the link/app for official MtG rulings so I couldn't pull it up from there. Would it be possible for iMtG staff to list that in the card rulings for this card?

Worst fears allows you to control an opponent of your choice and make all moves/choices for him during his next turn, so can it be used to make him concede?
