Was wondering because I got in an argument over cards like {Renounce the Guilds} and {glare of Heresy}
Are lands colorless or are they the 5 colors?

They are both, each land is its designated color, plains to white etc.
There are colorless lands though, like

This is incorrect, and the cited Rules prove this.

Sorry had to rephrase what i said, only certain lands are colorless but most lands have colors.

There are colored lands and colorless lands. Colored lands can be sigle like plains, multi like gates or colorless like artifact lands and cores.

They count as both all the time.  Their card types don't change.

Not really, they are only enchantments when you pay the bestow. Cost, other than that, they are normal creatures. Bestow is played from the hand and is an enchant creature rather than enchantment. You must attach a bestowed creature to another creature. If you exile all creatures then bestowed creatures will still be enchantments until after effect takes place, killing creatures then converting to creatures. Hope this helps
