Let's say my opponent uses pacifism on  my creature and it resolves then on my next turn I give my creature either protection from white or hexproof does it bounce the pacifism off?

I have a question about when you gain control of a creatures. So let's say I cast something to gain control  of a opponents creature does that creature lose all it's auras attached to it and does the same go for the equipment attached to it as we'll?  Also if the equipment does carry over to your side can you attach it to one of your creatures? Thank you
