{Prophet of Kruphix} isn't that much but is 100% needed in any maze end deck.  I would take out the  {Sylvan Caryatid} for her, maybe even try to run 4 to make sure you get one.

I had her in the deck, but I don't have a lot of creatures so I wasn't seeing a huge benefit from her.

She untaps your gates/maze on your opponent's turn. It speeds up maze gate-fetching tremendously.

Haven't looked through the whole list, but {wasteland viper} is strictly better than your 1-drop viper.

Google "EDH staples" and take 30min or so looking at all the cards. Best advice ever.

Oh, and pay more attention to cards that have a recurring effect. It's all about having permanents on the board

{Zarolz, Scar-striped}?

{consuming aberration} is a win con unto himself.

{Traumatize} works with Chimera. Kind of a hefty drop tho.

{Ruric Thar, the Unbowed} hard to kill vs control ive sided those in and people dont know how to play against that

{Shadowborn demon} is basically the only solid answer to it.

If you can, you should drop by Channel Fireball @ San Jose. It can get fairly competitive

What's the cheapest top tier standard deck next to mono red right now? My guess is mono black devotion, does that seem right?

Cheapest deck floating around is still mono-black. Knew {Desecration demon} would go up. Glad I bought 12 when they were $3 a pop.
