I have the same deck but with 2x {Seismic Assault} instead of your 4x {Zombie Infestation}. I dealed 90 damages at turn 5 last time I played that deck.

If I control  {Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle}, 4x {Mountain} and 1x {Forest} then play {Harrow} (sacrifice the forest) to put 2 new {Mountain} into play.

Does  {Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle} lets me do 3 or 0 damages? Are they going on the battlefield at the same time, are they going in the stack?

I argue with a friend yesterday, I said 0 damage, what do you think?

cast {hollowhenge scavenger} to gain 5
then tap a green, tap {deathrite shaman} and exile {corpsejack menace} to gain 2
boom gain 11 life

There's a lot of variable in that situation. There are other life gain combos that work a little easier than that and stay within the color. Cast {thragtusk} gain five life. Next turn cast {disciple of bolas} targeting the value beast. Gain five life an draw five cards from the trigger. 10 life, only two cards. If you have a blood artis out that would be 11 life plus one lost for your opponent.

Or {Cloudshift} him. {Conjurer's Closet} could work too. Giving you 5 life and a beast each turn.
