So it can't make tokens anymore after it comes back?

Rules / Progenitor mimic and persist/undying

{progenitor mimic}
{strangleroot Geist}
{thragtusk}

If I were to play progenitor mimic and the spell resolved. I chose to copy strangleroot Geist and that also resolved.

I also have a thragtusk on the field.
(This is just an example. Of course I would've copied the thragtusk.)

It would essentially enter the battlefield with the undying ability. So lets say it dies in combat. Does it come back into play with a +1/+1 counter and the ability to chose a new copy (to copy thragtusk), does it stay dead, or does it come back as a strangleroot Geist again?

See I had originally thought the same thing, but you would go through your whole deck and that part of the spell would never resolve. So how could you get to the "then" part of possibility storm without resolving what happens first.

Like if I played {Druid's deliverance} I could just use it as a populate trigger from the way it's worded, but I couldn't use {sundering growth} unless I had a target to cast the spell on. The populate effect wouldn't resolve.

Edit: having trouble posting cards

I was wondering if possibility storms effect could mill someone out considering they didn't have a second of a certain spell type in their deck left.

For example:

Possibility storm is in play and I want to play another enchantment that's in my hand.

Would i be able to cast the initial spell if there are no more enchantments in my deck, or would I kill myself with self mill?
