Yes. That is Opicarrow's. Hexdrinker's is the same thing but its an @gmail.com address.

That in no way means that it is my account and deserves to be publicly posted in an attempt to ruin my reputation.

My brother got banned on there as well, for the same thing he got banned on here for. He then took my email to make the account in question. Trust me i beat his ass when i found out.

You are talking to one of the most unbiased mods here. Ask my fellow co moderators. I was vouching for you and asking that we give you a chance. I was just telling you to mind your P's and Q's for your own sake. The way you act it makes some people have it out for you. I am not one of those people. So do not accuse me of being biased when I was trying to support you and advocate a chance for you. Your ungratefulness is very much not appreciated by me. You do not want me on the list of mods that has it out for you, so please keep the peace around here.

It's my brother's sythe account and it was banned for fake vouching as the link states, not scamming.

It was banned for dishonesty, and as apart of Imtg law "do not lie" it should be known he is dishonest.

How else do i say this, IT WASNT MY ACCOUNT, stop passing my brother's reputation onto me, it's unfair.
