If I use a  {Demonmail Hauberk} can I sacrifice an opponent's creature?  I ask since it doesn't specify in the description.

Thanks everybody for the clarification.  That's how I thought it worked and as far a the inserts I checked mine before asking this question and no it does not have an in depth explanation for the attacking phase.  It doesn't even show what happened when you block with multiple creatures.

If someone attacks me with a 5/5 double strike and I defend with a 5/4 a 2/3 and a 4/4 does the attacking creatures deal 5 +5 damage to each defending creature or is the damage dealt to the defending creatures divided up?

Yeah my friend bought that card and it's a pain to deal with.  Now what if I use  {Fog Bank}?

So my best bet is to use Act of Treason, Pacify, oblivion ring or other such cards?

If my friend uses a primordial hydra where the strength and toughness double each turn can I use my Boros Reckoned on it?  If he attacks me when it's at 64/64 and I block with a Boros reckoned would it be a stalemate?
