Congrats! I play a similar deck and for tha main board is more or less the same.

For sideboard, depending on the meta red elemental blast, blood moon for starters

You also need {quicksilver dragon} to potentially redirect hate to another creature

On paper it makes sense right? For some reason I'm no sure how to do it on mtgo. :)

Alternatively you can use moltensteel and a doublestrike dragon for 21 commander damage...

The combo works:
- fetch skithiryx, goes into the stack
- in response fetch moltensteel
- pay 12 life for +6/+0
- swing with a 10/4 skithiryx

We pay ~50% more for a booster box in Australia... Much harder to profit from a box.

Got a bit lucky as well - got zegana, lazav, Gideon, 2 blind obedience, foil and regular high priest of penance, 4 shock lands and spark trooper. Got boros charm and skull crack.

Definitely worth it when you drop a turn 2 emrakul... Duals and force of will will be the more expensive component

Agree with you audiophile. It's really up to both parties how comfortable they are with the risk regarding the value of the trade.

I'm pretty sure that they are plenty of good traders out there and these measures were for cases where the trade doesn't feel right.

Couple of suggestions:
If selling cards for cash - post it on eBay. So it can be traced.
Employ middlemen - as per ace's suggestion
Get person to send scans of cards - more as proof they have it.
Draft a contract using a template - something legally binding...
