If a green creature is enchanted by a white enchantment, and there is a sorcery with 'destroy target nonwhite permanent' and the controller of sorcery targets the green permanent, does this work? Or does the green creature become green/white because of white enchantment, and can not be attacked separately?

Opponent uses {Liquimetal Coating} ability and targets one of my plains. Then he plays {Splinter} and says all of my lands are now removed from the game.

Hi! I am running a red/blue annoy and destroy that I adore, but have a question about these two. When {Keranos, God of Storms} and {Thassa, God of the Sea} are out together, which state based ability has priority? I have been doing Thassa's scry first, then Keranos' reveal first card drawn, but is this wrong? Thanks for any help.
