Can someone explain flashback for me? Whenever you give a card or it already has flashback can you cast it at instant speed or only at the speed originally dictated on the card such as sorcery/instant?

If you have no lands left in deck does  {Goblin Charbelcher} mill out your deck then when u run out of cards does It deal that much damage or does it have to hit a land

How long does burning tree emissary's mana that's is given basically float around for use? Does it just stay there until used like 5 turns later or does it disappear right after your turn?  {Burning-Tree Emissary}
