Who are the regulars now? Do you know a trusted app/site that I can sell magic cards on for fair market value? I'm not going to card kingdom. They wanna give me $19 for a $28 card and that's just lowballing me. :/

Free Trade / I'm baaaack.

Okay guys, I used to be an avid trader/buyer/seller on this site when I had an iPhone, but I swapped to Team Android awhile back and completely forgot that this site can be accessed from the web. I unfortunately sold all my cards in bulk to buy a car about 4 months ago, but good news, I was helping a friend move about a month ago and he gave me all his Magic cards. I let them chill at my mom's house and forgot they were there till yesterday. So for the past day and a half I have been going through them and sorting out all the rares and mythics that now reside on my page. They're all mint condition, they were well taken care of at my buddy's house as well as my mother's -- apart from the very few with annotations to the side of them. I'm looking to sell them off and figured you guys would be more helpful than eBay.

I've had a couple trades on here with some notable members who left me fabulous reviews. If you don't have any rep or bad rep, I'd require payment first before I send my end out. I'm also totally down with a middle man if the middle man service is still available here. Trust me guys, it has been quite awhile since I've been on this site. Maybe it's completely dead, or maybe it's still a thriving community. Nevertheless, I'd be glad to get back in and have wonderful trades go off without any issues. For clarification purposes, I'm looking to sell the cards, not trade for others. I have a security deposit I need to get situated in the near future. First apartment and stuff. Go me.

So yea guys, check out my page and feel free to hit me up or comment on this post.

P.S. The last time I was here, a member by the name of Nobelllama was collecting something Sables. I don't have any, but if you're still an active member, Mr. Llama, I'm curious to know how many you managed to accumulate. Cheers.

Thank you. :)

Well... This is unfortunate. You have no idea how much I was hoping this would work.

Sadly you can not go infinite anymore

209.2.: An activated ability with a loyalty symbol in its cost is a loyalty ability. Loyalty abilities follow special rules: A player may activate a loyalty ability of a permanent he or she controls any time he or she has priority and the stack is empty during a main phase of his or her turn, but only if none of that permanent's loyalty abilities have been activated that turn. See rule 606, "Loyalty Abilities."

Also rule 606.3. is similar

Planeswalkers have loyalty abilities and as such the loyalty abilities of strictly the planeswalkers can only be activated once per turn. Doing it with the Kraj is bypassing this rule.
The ability Kraj can activate is a loyalty ability, since it has a loyalty symbol in its cost. The rule was specifically changed after the combo was discovered. Before that the rule said you can activate a loyalty ability of a planeswalker only once each turn, creating the loophole.
It is closed now. Only one loyalty ability off Kraj each turn. You can still mess around with infinite (loyalty) counters though, by getting a +1/+1 on  {Gilder Bairn} & animated {gilded lotus}....

Bummer. How about:

{Myr Welder} taps to imprint {Molten-Tail Masticore}. Then, using the Masticore's first ability, it exiles {Scrib Nibblers}. Then because you exiled Scrib Nibblers using the ability of Myr Welder, it now has its abilities as well. After this, all that is done is tapping Myr Welder to exile the top card of my own library where I know a planeswalker is, either using scry, {Noxious Revival}, etc. Now Myr Welder has exiled a planeswalker and thus would get all of its activated abilities, which according to the above rule are considered activated abilities and thus are acquired by Myr Welder.

Is this the same as the Kraj due to the rule change?

Rules / Abusing PWs
August 17, 2015, 03:17:08 AM
Through {March of the Machines}, {Mycosynth Lattice}, and {Experiment Kraj}, I got my planeswalker to be a creature with a +1/+1 counter on it. Is that legal? If so, can Kraj play the abilities? How often?

From my understanding, I can do the loyalty abilities through Kraj as many times as id like due to it not being a PW itself. My friend thinks otherwise. Can someone please provide proper rulings.

My reasoning behind it: The "one activated ability per turn" limit is built into the planeswalker type, not the abilities, so Kraj can play the abilities as many times as he likes. And while loyalty is a characteristic that only planeswalkers have, loyalty counters are fair game for anything. Right?

Rules / Blockers

Friend has 3 {Adaptive Automation}s out and is attacking. I have 2 snapcasters, {Archetype of Courage} and a 2/3. I block 1 AA with both snapcasters, and another one with my Archetype and the 2/3. All my creatures have first strike due to the Archetype.

I'm saying that all my creatures survive and 2 of his Automations die. I take 4. He thinks otherwise. Who is right?

To each their own Llama but Cintage is much more than that! You play with the best spells in the game and not every game ends Turn 1.

Legacy has few decks that CAN win turn 1 most killing Turn 2-3 on good hands and Turn 4 on slower hands without disruption from your opponent.

Modern ... Rarely kills before Turn 4 ...

I love standard sometimes and casual multiplayer where its T10 before you have enough defense to mount an offense without dying to the other 3 players

I realize im a niche player and not the seasoned circuit grinder so ill go slink back over here to my bronze sable army and glare menacingly while finding away to cheat them all into a deck much less into play somehow...
{Bronze Sable} x4
{Body Double} x4
{Clone} x4
{Artisan of Kozilek} x4
tons of copies and returns... you can have your army of sables.

If you're looking to get rid of it, I can make a great offer. ;)

Yes it's legit. Welcome to Amulet Bloom. I'm sure somebody else can explain better but basically the {Amulet of Vigor} causes a trigger that he stacks so it happens before the return clause, then he taps it between the triggers resolving (as it's a mana ability so he can do so whenever)

The really disgusting thing is if they've got more than one Amulet they get multiple untaps so they can get more mana.

Omfg. O.O I don't like Magic anymore. XD

Well if you're playing multiplayer control you need board wipes out the wazoo.

For the sake of the contest thingy,

{Wrath of God}, {Planar Cleansing} and the jank award goes to {Limited Resources}. *cough* {Walking Atlas} *cough*

{Damnation}, {Drown in Sorrow}, {Languish}.

{Vandalblast}, {Anger of the Gods}, {Starstorm}, {Blasphomous Act}.

{Biorhythm}, {Cyclone} there are others but meh.

{Arcane Laboratory}, {Curfew}.

{All is Dust}

There's also the primordials.

{Diluvian Primordial}, {Luminate Primordial}, {Molten Primordial}, {Sepulchral Primordial}, {Sylvan Primordial}.
+1'd this as well. :D
