{Storm Cauldron}, {Expedition Map}, {Explorer's Scope}, and {Walking Atlas} all do what you want. There's also a plethora of artifact ramp, but I'm expecting you were aware of that.

{Terminate} at uncommon (this is an upgrade from common).
{Primal Command} at rare.
{Vanish into Memory} at uncommon.
{Goblin Assault} at uncommon (this is a downgrade from rare!).

How do you tie twice? Don't you just play out game two until you go to time?

Rallier refers to {Renegade Rallier}, an uncommon from Aether Revolt.

Here is the 14th place list from SCG Indy last weekend. It is worth noting that it plays two {Saffi, Eriksdotter}, as it combos with rallier and seer for infinite scry triggers, and you can toss anafenza in there for infinite bolster triggers. He doesn't, but some lists play one {Zulaport Cutthroat} for infinite damage.

Here is the 5th place list from GP Vancouver a few weeks back. He elected not to play Saffi, but instead ran {Archangel of Thune} + {Spike Feeder} for an infinite life + P/T combo. This is more of a meta call, as the combo is nice because it avoids the graveyard. However, Archangel cannot be hit off of CoCo (though has synergies if just hardcast and can be chorded for) and Spike Feeder just isn't a particularly good card on it's own; it's essentially a janky Finks.

The list I'm testing right now plays neither combo as I find it extraneous (the deck already runs 3 combos: Finks/seer/engine (anafenza or melira), redcap/seer/engine, and redcap/anafenza/melira). I currently play {Voice of Resurgence} for extra value with Rallier, but I'm not in love with it. I think I'll be switching to a bit more of a toolboxy style as meta calls, or possibly add in the AngelFeeder combo.

Another instance of greed > community

Are we really going down the path of "he's a terrible, greedy person who would through the community under the bus for $15"? I made a single lowball offer, and this thing blew up to this size. If it makes you all happy, Ill just delete my comments and talk to him via PM.

And to Llama, I wouldn't be upset. Thats the nature of how buying things when lowballing works. You don't expect it to work and you don't feel too bad when it doesn't :)

I'm aware that I lowballed. The way selling works though, is that you have to take price cuts to sell things. He's getting a buyer that he knows is reputable, he doesn't have to pay setup fees, he doesn't have to go through any crazy account things. He gets to sell them easy peezy. Hence the lowball. Plus, my guess is that he's trying to sell out relatively quickly, and time = money.

Bottom line: I made an offer, he has the power to accept it or not based on what he wants to do :)

He also said reasonable. 30% of low value is not reasonable, especially if you're only buying 2 cards. Now the whole lot at 30-40% would be near reasonable, seeing as how that's real movement, but even that is a bit crazy.

That's fair. I'm also totally not expecting him to accept, but that's why I made the lowball: off chance that he did. If/when he declines, I can decide if I actually want to purchase the cards.

My guess is standard, and he's looking for a guy with prowess, a looter, and some combat tricks (hopefully garnering hexproof).

I would look into {Stormchaser Mage} and {Reckless Scholar}. Unfortunately, nothing else grants hexproof. If you want buffs, look at {lithomancer's focus} and {brute strength}.
