I could make a few suggestions but I think you could improve it more just by playtesting it. Looks solid to me though. Rancor ftw!

Sideboard depends on what decks are you playing against.
I would have 2 more {Silverblade Paladin}, take {Day of Judgement} out and add {Oblivion Ring}.
Think I might have to buy them no one at my fnm will trade there silver blades I am just happy I pulled 2
Not trying to be annoying but at my shop there only might be 2 or 3 people playing the same deck and almost every week or 2 depending on the player they will make a new deck.
Do you think I should take out some mutagenic growths
As far as mana base goes in a gw deck, I would do:
2x {Sunpetal Grove}
4x {Razorverge Thicket}
if shock lands come back, it will be 4x {Sunpetal Grove} and 4x of whatever gw shock land there is, because of the synergy of groves coming in untapped because of a shockland being on the bf.
Yeah I will trade for lands at fnm but for now do you think j should take out some mutagenic growth

Take out the growths and add 1 champion of lambholt, 1 o ring, and 1 silverblade paladin.

Having both {Champion of Lambholdt} and {Odric, Master Tactician} seems redundant
Maybe settle on one or the other? Only because both need double white or green, which could bite ya. More duals would help, though :)

She has synergy with Champion, but not with Odric
Lambholt is amazing. If you have a mana dork, lambholt, and parish, I would drop the dork and t2 lambholt because she can be way more powerful.
