I would just take out the mill. This deck is fine already as a U/B aggro-control shell, and mill dilutes it.
Where is the consecrated sphinx?
I was wondering how the mill aspect was looked upon on this deck. Im prob guna remove it and make a more mill/draw only style deck. Which will inturn give me openings to improve this deck. Thanks

U/B means U=blue, B=black. Aggro and Control are two of the three different deck types:
Aggro - Aggressive, lots of speed, cheap creatures etc
Control - slower deck with more elements to control your opponents, {Counterspell}s, creature removal, to hold the fort until it can play the big creatures
Combo - Combination, a deck revolving around a small number of cards that work together for a huge effect (Say {Splinter Twin} and {Deceiver Exarch}).
So to say "aggro-control" is a mix between two strategies, which doesn't make much sense to me, but what do I know? *Shrug*
Ooh so under those definitions aggro, and control are two very different types of deck/play style. Thank you

I'm sure someone will correct me, but that's how I learned it.
Edit: I correct myself:

It's because the deck is in the standard forum, with no concerns about money specified. If you want your deck improvements to be cheaper then just write budget: NUMBER in the deck title.
Or even just make it visible in the Deck Notes.

Since we have lots of budget players, would it be wise to make a budget standard subforum?
That sort of decision is not up to Black Jester or I, that's an Administrator call. Besides, I'm not sure it's necessary. There's other players on here who may have enough cash but just prefer to build from their own collection. There's not much point segregating, we're all friends here. 😉 Just as long people:
A) Make their intentions known in their Deck Notes (eg. 'Budget: $XXX where X is equal to amount of available funds', 'Deck built from own collection', 'This deck is built from the [insert_block_name_here] block only'), and;
B) Be considerate of other users situations, request, comments and suggestions.
