I have an awsome blue black mill deck posted in Casual.
Check out a deck called "Phantasmill" it is about a 50/50 win con of either mill or creature damage. I had to build it a little more creature heavier than a traditional mill because my meta is aggro filled. But you will see that every creature I have in the deck either helps with mill or is designed to benefit greatly from a mill strategy.
