So if I had {sanguine bond} and used {sorin markov}'s +2 would I gain 4 life or just the 2

You would deal 4 damage and gain 2 life.
Sorin's +2 deals 2 damage, you gain 2 life then the Bond is triggered and deals another 2. ðŸ'
