I want to know how to become one. Are there any judges on here? Plus, can i still do it if i am only turning 14?
I'm an official Rules Advisor, a step below Level 1 judge. I don't know of any age restrictions, you'd have to look it up. For more info on how to apply and other resources check:

No kidding. I keep taking practice tests and failing miserably
Just remember, if you fail a Rules Advisor exam (as i did the first time😖) it's a LONG wait before you can retake it. Don't attempt unless you are prepared.

Jester you're talking to someone who had to wait a year to retake it cause I failed it like 3 times
Take the sample tests that they have. And pay very close attention to every card in every senerio.
Be familiar with copy effects, the stack, and continuous effects layers.
Where do you take the test test?
