My deck uses both of these. Any undying card+{Spike Rogue}+{Ashnod's Altar}. Sac the undying, use the two mana to move the counter to rogue.
{gilder bairn}+{training grounds}+{paradise mantle}+ undying card. Once the undying dies, put out the rest. Equip paradise to gilder, and have fun with infinite counters.
