As for the deck, i cant tell your goal with so many one of's. Before anything else work on continuity and consistancy. You want to be able to rely on pulling certain cards regularly and others less often. To do this put 4 or 3 of the ones you always want to see and 1 to 3 of those you dont need to see as often.
