When would {Primal Surge} ever stop putting out cards? What cards aren't considered permanents?
Oh, I remember know- sorceries and instants aren't permanents. Sorry!
Also, it says "you MAY", so you can stop at any time.
On that topic it is true you can decide the order in which things enter since they are considered simotanious due to being caused by te same effect right?
Ex. Reveal land, enchantment, and creature in that order, but want to have the creature enter first so the enchantment can be put on the ceature.
It looks like you exile 1 card at a time, like bj said you may repeat, so it would occur again. I am going to say no you cannot change the order in which they resolve since its 1 card at a time.

Confirmed. It's not {genesis wave} where that they all enter simultaneously
The first ruling states that all abilities wait to go on the stack until after the surge is complete. My real question is, in my old primal surge deck where the whole deck would get put into play, is it true that {ascetism} would protect my creatures, {grand abolisher} would keep my opponent from casting and i would successfully win via {laboratory maniac} and {abundant growth}.
How do you already have an 'old' {Primal Surge} deck. 😂
Yes, each object will enter play one at a time as you reveal cards. If you reveal a creature first and then reveal an aura, you may attach the aura to that creature.
All your perms will be on the BF once the surge finishes resolving.
To be clear, all triggered abilities will wait until Primal Surge is finished.
Awesome so it still works, but i dont have to go through the trouble of declaring the order they enter. Thanks.
As for your question, when {primal surge} came out i updated my {heartless summoning} deck and then immediately went to work on a casual standard deck using it and it worked fairly well. Basicly if i hit 10 mana i won and i wasnt hurting on board position too often.
