{Ring of xathrid} seems good here

I'd cut a Grislebrand for another Nighthawk and use Go For The Throats in place of Murder while you still can.
What about a {Sorin Markov}?
It seems to have too many high cmc cards
That four cmc enchantment that gives +2/+2 and lifelink on {Liliana's Shade} with a {Lashwrithe} is just insane!
