4 {Verdant Catacombs}
2 {Gilt-Leaf Palace}
4 {Overgrown Tomb}
5 {Swamp}
5 {Forest}

21 lands

4 {Bloodghast}
4 {Hypnotic Specter}
3 {Llanowar Elves}
2 {Chameleon Colossus}
1 {Scavenging Ooze}
1 {Genesis}
3 {Birds of Paradise}
1 {Eternal Witness}
1 {Spiritmonger}
1 {Will-o'-the-Wisp}

21 creatures

2 {Living Wish}
1 {Sylvan Library}
1 {Sol Ring}
1 {Tortured Existence}
1 {Awakening Zone}
1 {Harmonize}
1 {Skullclamp}
2 {Pernicious Deed}
3 {Maelstrom Pulse}
1 {Recurring Nightmare}
2 {Diabolic Edict}
1 {Storm Seeker}
1 {Survival of the Fittest}

18 other spells

Sideboard

1 {Forest}
1 {Swamp}
2 {Maze of Ith}
1 {High Market}
1 {Strip Mine}
1 {Phyrexian Metamorph}
1 {Eternal Witness}
1 {Indrik Stomphowler}
1 {Royal Assassin}
1 {Reassembling Skeleton}
1 {Spiritmonger}
1 {Ghost Town}
1 {Triskelion}
1 {Lord of Extinction}

15 sideboard cards

Notes:
Quick moving with 3 {llanowar elves}, 3 {birds of paradise}, 1 {awakening zone}, and a {sol ring}. Designed to easily grab a card I need with 2 {living wish}, {eternal witness}, {survival of the fittest}, and {tortured existence}. {tortured existence} and {survival of the fittest} work great with the {bloodghast}, {genesis},  and {reassembling skeleton} which can grab a {eternal witness} allowing me to play the same cards over and over again. {pernicious deed} and {maelstrom pulse} deal with anything but land which the sideboarded {strip mine } is for.

Enchant creature cards are a waste of room, and I believe I nailed the creature base spot on.

I'm curious about the name. Care to explain?

I suppose it's because of the rotational effect of the cards as they come out of the library then out of the hand then onto the battlefield into the graveyard then back into the hand and back onto the battlefield constantly recycling over and over.

Ahhh.  A Golgari, circle of life deal.  Neat!  I appreciate a creative deck name.  :)
