What would be a good commander for a Myr EDH deck? I want to be white and be an artifact creature. Any ideas?
There are no just white legendary artifact creatures. There are two Esper color creatures to choose from, {Sharuum the Hegemon} and {Sen Triplets}. And there is one 5-color option, {Reaper King}. That's it.
You'll have a ton of options for white if it didn't matter that it's an artifact creature though.
Well I guess it doesn't have to be artifact. Do you know of any that would work well with a Myr deck?

The problem is that Elder Dragon Highlander is a 100 Singleton format; aside for basic lands, all cards can only have one copy.

Anyways, may I ask what is the win-con of the Myr deck?
The only Myr based deck win-cons I'm most familiar with are infinite mana for any {Fireball} spell/effect, inifinite Myr tokens fueling a Battlesphere, and I think a Sunburst beater-like deck.
Keep in mind that mana myr can't be in the deck unless they are in sync with your commander, because of how color identity comes from all symbols on the card, which is different from card color based on CMC. ({silver myr} has a blue identity, even though it is a colorless creature). So if you are mono white, {Gold Myr}, {Alloy Myr}, and {Palladium Myr} are still good, but...
That being said, what color/s are you looking for as your commander? You said white, but did you want mono white?
Well one of my combos is {etched monstrosity} so it looks like I'll need a five color commander. Maybe that hydra guy?

I would think that {Cromat} is a more utility based commander. Reaper King might be better, though, as you are playing artifacts.
{Chromat} and {Reaper King} are both very good options. {Progenitus} is slower, but fun, even though he sadly still dies to many board wipes of EDH. {Child of Alara} is another decent option.
Note, if you do play reaper king, changelings are quite nice.
I've seen a {Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer} commander and Myr. Just not all the mana Myr.
