Reasoning is wrath isn't as good as you'd want it to be, krenko is legendary and you wouldn't want to have a handful of them, and thunderbolt can only go so far but I'd keep the two of.
That should put you at an even 60 shouldn't it?
Maybe put the two {thunderbolt} in sideboard along with another reforge the soul.
I think it needs more {reverberate}s mainboarded. That can dish out a lot of damage really fast. I have been hit for 15 before on turn 5 by use of reverberate. The guy had 2 {goblin grenade}s and a reverberate and it wrecked me.
I have a goblin deck almost identical to this that I made last night. Sideboard some {smelt} or {ancient grudge}'s also the artifact equipment that is in m13 the {ring of thune} I think it is would help boost creature power. I also like 2-3 {cleaver riot}'s in this deck. Nothing beats swinging for 15-30 damage at one time.

After having played this I now have gotten my first fnm match with it. Still working my way up the ladder though.
Even though he's not a goblin
{vexing devil} fits in most burn decks very nice
Should throw in some {reverberate} as well to double up those goblin grenades
I would sideboard the thunderbolt. Maybe add one krenko. You want to be able to draw him consistently. Otherwise you may never get to play him. He is a real game changer especially if goblin chieftain is on the BF. you play krenko and tap instantly for tons more goblins and then attack with tons of goblins and win. Overrun and conquer with a good supporting cast of burn spells to finish off the last bits of your opponent. I went 3-2 tonight with my goblin deck.
Lol I went 3-1 with my goblins tonight goblin grenade all the way!!!! Hit him and put him at -4 for the match win XD

How did this do?
This has the results of some intensive FNM playtest results. It got utterly stomped most matchups, but I learned how it should work and how it doesn't behave always
Bump for new standard with gatecrash
Since this has potential to get lots of tokens I would suggest {Burn at the Stake}

There is no pump for my guys, but I think skullcrack may find a home here. May main deck some instead of t-bolts
