This is a work in progress. I'm trying to build a fun multiplayer deck based around giving people cards, or exchanging control. It's based off of the Political Puppets Commander deck, except it's a regular deck.

Any ideas?

Retro!  I like, but I'd rather trade than give if I can. Thats why I like {Legerdemain}. (Also, I don't have any {Donate}s. Care to {Donate} one?  XD)
Plus, multiplayer is all about repeatable effects. I'm sure there are other red critters that change ownership.

I could use ol' {Mana Flare} in lieu of Heartbeat.

Not according to this app.  $3. Stores around here often charge more than listed and ordering online adds shipping.

Don't worry about it. It's the kind of card that would "ride the bind" anyway.

LOL  No harm.

I'm really not a fun of that card in general, but this deck is going to annoy people anyway, so I may as well run with it.  >:D

Thanks for the excellent suggestions!  I don't have any on hand, but I'll look in to trading. I like the generous vibe, and I was debating putting green to go for a W/G/R Xmas vibe. Like Santa's deck, or something.  ðŸ˜,,  G does have many "generous" enchantments ...  Hmmm.

Oh, and don't worry about the mana base. Once I've got the cards, I'll go back and deal with mana. It's usually the last thing I do.

Cheers!

Good card, I use it all the time!  I'm also looking for cards to trade to people on the "naughty" list. You know, like {Bronze Bombshell}, {Steel Golem}.

I have a good idea with this deck. You can make people get water/food for you and then you can donate stuff to them. But if anyone attacks you, give 'em a {Celestial Dawn}.

I like the cut of your gib!  But why would you give someone "bleach" as punishment?  Wouldn't that help them?

{Celestial Dawn} makes all of their lands into {Plains}, all of the stuff turns white, and they can spend white mana as any color.  It's halfway to {Mycosynth Lattice}; it helps with color fixing by "white-washing" everything.  Not a fabulous card, but I wouldn't be angry if someone {Donate}d it to me.

Disqualify that. Because the way the EDH rules work (that was a EDH article) you can't cast colored spells if your general is not white. But this isn't EDH.

Sadly, I think I'm going to have to call Bombo on this one. When you first put the cumulative upkeep trigger on the stack, you are the controller of the trigger. If you give it away in response, the trigger will still be controlled by you, even if the permanent is not.
Now you'll have two choices: pay it, or don't. If you pay it, the game moves on. If you don't, it won't be sacrificed, since you can't sac a permanent you don't control. But then, the second condition will trigger. It looks at any player who had the upkeep cost and didn't pay it. You. Your deck will go bye-bye.

I want to double check this, because I'd like to use it if I'm wrong.
